RCS refuses to close my account, despite settling my account months ago, I even received the settlement letter. Today I've received an sms from them saying my payment was due on the 1st of the month. This is the reason why I closed my account. Their service is pathetic. I've sent them several emails but no one bothered to come back to me. Their customer services is always clueless. Not really helpful
