Jet / RCS worst service ever- ***********!!!

I'm really trying to help my father but to no avail. He was under debt review with NDA and all accounts were paid and he was provided with a clearance certificate.

1. RCS started harassing him continually now after almost 3 year about his Jet account that is outstanding. 2. He then went to Jet store directly in George and they could not find anything outstanding on the system. 3. He then asked NDA for a clearance certificate which you provided and we sent that to RCS and Jet. They only responded with a statement showing an opening balance which they cant explain and added interest. He did not use his jet card at all, during or after the account was paid off. 4. What's so strange is that RCS could send us an account but Jet in town cannot see anything outstanding.

What is most concerning is that I cannot see what the opening balance is made up of and they cannot explain what is that they billed!!
