ITC update
I'm truly dissapointed in RCS Collections, my account was in arrears and they send it for collections. MBD started calling me ,no problems. They offered me a discount and I managed to settle the account in March. However the arrears are still showing under my name as ITC was not and still not updated. I have escalated the matter to all departments and still no joy.
