ITC QUERY ON ACCOUNT PAID UP TO DATE

I paid my RCS Makro account in full in December 2014, after requesting a settlement letter. My account was closed and my balance at zero. I now app**** for a home loan, but had a come back from the bank stating that I am in arrears on my RCS Makro card!!! RCS hasn't updated my payment on the system in 8 months!!! Now my home loan is delayed due to the negligence of RCS! I had to phone and request a letter stating that this is an error and that my account is actually closed and at zero balance because now my ITC is not clear. Very unhappy about this.<br> <br>
