ITC listed even though I paid my account!!

A few months ago I went into the game store where I have the account and requested a settlement figure for both my wife and my accounts. I then paid both of these.<br> <br> Only to discover last month that I was still be charged monthly installments. Not only that, they also had me listed on ITC as a slow payer!! So I contacted RCS to get this fixed which they assured me was done the same day. I also made request that they insure that my ITC was not affected. And if so, fixed ASAP (wanting it done the same time)<br> <br> Today I made a credit application which was declined DUE to me being listed with \payments missed"!!! by RCS. <br> So now I HAVE A NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORT DUE TO THEIR DOINGS!!!<br> <br> It is frustrating how quickly these credit providers jump onto listing you but take there own time to fix these type of things. <br> <br> They were quick to offer me a letter stating that the listing was in error and they accept responsibility...but this letter does not help when you are declined and not given the opportunity to support!!!<br> <br> FRUSTRATED"
