ITC INQUIRIES ON MY NAME

I have noticed from transunion that a credit application inquiry was conducted on my name.I want to know who gave you permission to make a credit application on my behalf of which I never did. At one point my Rcs Game card was used for ********** purchase,It really shows that RCS cards are not safe.My score has been dropped because of this. Please remove this mess and explain to me as to who gave you authority to do so as I do not know anything.
