Itc clearing-RCS
I phoned Rcs on Monday complaining that two Rcs cards is showing up on my credit score and both is active,and its going to impact my credit rating.The person Reagan i talked to,was very helpful,he said the other persons account that showing up on my credit record will be removed from my credit record by Itc,And it will take 48 hours.When i phone in today this other rude lady says,its going to take 21 days to remove this person's account from my credit record.Rcs wants their payments made on time,now i want my bL****credit score clean REMOVING THIS OTHER PERSON FROM MY CREDIT RECORD,not tomorrow,but today,you are very unprofessional.How many people has this happened to.I must go look at houses today,now knowing this is affecting my credit rate.

29 Aug 2020, 16:15I have not received any communication from Rcs,I went up on my credit score again today,and that person's account is still reflecting on my report,and it shows that I was in arrears manner times on my account,but I always pay on time and never skipped in my life. You people at Rcs is quick to put a judgement against a person,but when the tables turn,you slow to correct.I settled my account yesterday with Nwj Rcs,so I want my own account closed down,and that other person's account that feature on my Credit report removed. Im going to file a report with the Ombudsman,as I don't get any response from Rcs.
