It took longer than I was hoping, only because I was not getting SMS’s from you

It took longer than I was hoping, only because I was not getting SMS’s from you. The Agent named Phillip tried so hard to get things done for me speedily & it was eventually sorted out after approximately half an hour. It would have been a lot quicker if I was able to retrieve SMS’s, so I cannot fault him at all, he constantly persevered until it was sorted, being extremely patient. Phillip was amazing & deserves a medal for his fortitude.
