It doesn't reflect in their system I have used rc

During December I have app**** for RCS card at CTMBosburg it was approved in December I never the credit they gave me R 3000 used it I started using it on the 08 of January 2016 at CTMBosburg. I spent R 2098 than the balance was R900 something I got all wat have purchased on the 27 January 2016 I went to American Swiss to pay they told me it show that I haven't used the RCS card they sent me to NWJ and marhkams they told me the same thing I phoned RCS customers service help line and explained to them they told me the same that I still have R 3000 I went to CTMBosburg were I bought the tiles I was help by Thembi she phoned them they keep on transferring her until they said she must make copies of the RCS card my ID and she faxed it they phone me said the issue is going to be fixed before Friday now two weeks nothing has happened last week Monday thy phoned me I was in a taxi I told them I can't hear thy must phone in after an hour thy didn't still today I worried about the areas now when I check on the slips its not my address and name I think they billed the wrong person but it's my numbers please help me
