Irresponsible Credit Approval

On 2020/03/21 I received 2 SMS's from Game and Builders notifying me that I am in breach of contract with RCS account with them. I was told that the account was opened online in December 2019. First of all I have never opened an RCS account. Secondly, how can RCS approve a credit account without verifying the details. This is irresponsible for RCS to approve credit applicagions without proper checks.
