Interest charged on a settled account & still no letter issued

I have been requesting my paid up letter for the past 4 weeks and they promise to send it within 48 hours. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS NOW. I need this letter for clearance as in like ASAP. I called this number ********** 727 and they are all telling me to wait. I spoke to a lady by the name of Abigail and she was rude and changed her story 10 thousand times. Im not sure if I should travel from Gauteng to the Western Cape for a paper that can be sent to me over a minute. Dissatisfied Consumer.

This is the second time im writing to Hello Peter and the first response was "we are pleased to inform you that your complaint has been resolved. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you" NOTHING WAS resolved. They still have not closed my account and interests are charged on settled account.

What is also upsetting is that nowhere on the RCS website is there any email, fax or details about the cancelling process. Its as if RCS does not want its customers to settle their debts.

I am very disappointed with RCS!

What do you mean my complaint has been resolved? I still have not received the letter. RCS is annoying, when you send us monthly statements you use the provided email address but when i ask for a simple letter you dont want to send. Must i now fly down to the head office for the letter. Use the below email address as an alternative **********
