Interest and service fee charged on a R0 balance account
My Game card was paid in full during December 2019, thus having a R0 balance. Yet now I get a January statement saying that I owe R68.72 for monthly service fee, CPI, and interest. It is also literally impossible to get hold of the RCS customer care line. Simply no answer. This is the worst support in existence.
