Does everyone know that since RCS took over Edcon (Edgars) they've decided that they can now charge your a service fee of R34 per month on an account that is in credit. Yes you heard me right, they (*****ulently) can take service fees on your account thats in credit. I have been phoning monthly for 7 months with regards to this and so far they have pilfered more than R260 on my account since October last year. So basically if you buy out a company you can decide to take furniture out of your new customer's homes. Its the same principle. Repeated monthly phone calls have resulted in nothing other than a customer service staff member saying i should rather close my account if i don't like it as its their new rules. I have had this account for over 20 years.
