Incorrect ITC update

i have previously logged a hello peter complaint with mass build on the 24 sept 2022. my credit report is not updated correctly . as per the ITC update it states that im over limit since Aug 2022 . my account is not over credit please fix this ASAP as it is affecting me negatively .
