Incorrect Interest App****

I made a purchase at Coricraft Highveld Mall, in Witbank, in November 2015. I requested that my transaction be put on the 6 months interest free option. This was not done.<br> The lady that assisted me at the shop explained that she did not put it through on 6 months interest free, and requested that I contact RCS to correct that. I contacted RCS on the following occasions:<br> <br> o 03/12/2015 @ 14:41, spoke to Nomathembu Mafaduka. <br> o 21/12/2015 @ 08:44, spoke to Thabitha Settie<br> o 15/01/2016 @ 15:10, spoke to Noxolo Mkhetshane<br> o 18/01/2016 @ 13:05, spoke to Nolubabalo Mlau<br> On all of the above mentioned occasions, I was promised that my account would be corrected, but it's still not. <br> <br> There is another fee on my account, a R16 account protection fee.<br> I did my account application online, and clicked that I do not want account protection.
