Incorrect information at credit bereau (adverse listing)

Good evening.. I would just like to report back to you that my account still shows on my credit report as written off.. I communicated with Consumer Friend which say they have all the the paid up letters and a clearance certificate from the debt review.. Please fix this because you are blocking me from buying a house.. You can't tell me you can't fix this because I paid up my account while I was under debt review back in August..
