Incorrect charges debited

I'm still waiting on my account to be rectified by RCS who says it's not their problem but Blue Label. All I'm asking is for my account to be credited by R354 for the debits of R59 since 1st Dec 2023 till 1st May 2024 for a product I have no knowledge of and never received till today. Now I get told I will be charged interest if this account is not paid. I'm so disappointed in the service received. So I'm sincerely asking for help to resolve this issue

A agent called us now we must pay in over a R1000 due to their negligence which should be R221.48 + R389.53 less R354.00 which should total to R257 01 not R1012.00. So why should I pay interest when I was not at fault.

I'm been charged an extra R400.99 extra when I was not at fault so why should I take blame for a mistake I did not make and all interest should not be charged
