Incorrect Account appearing on my credit profile (THIS IS NOT MY ACCOUNT REMOVE IT)

So far I've been dealing with Shane Christie and Victor Jordan to Remove an account on my credit profile which is not mine.

Shaun confirmed that the account belong to someone else. a month later. My credit report still has an unpaid account which is not mine. What ****ery is this? What **** is this. RCS why can you update my profile? What the **** is going on here?
