INCOMPITENT STAFF

I am FED UP with RCS!!EVERY SINGLE month the same thing happens over and over!! I pay via EFT and email proof of payment to the following email [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] And every single month I get called that I did not pay and after telling them that it was paid via EFT they say that they cannot find the payment and I have to email it AGAIN! This month I emailed the POP 4 times to the addresses mentioned above. 4 TIMES!!! This happens every month, late penalty fees are charged and interest for not paying and I get listed on ITC as a late payer because of you incompetence!!!! LISTEN TO ME VERY NICELY IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR!! AND I WILL BE CHECKING MY ITC STATUS AND BEWARE IF THE **** YOU CAUSED IS NOT RECTIFIED ON MY REPORT!!! I WILL NOT TAKE LIABILITY BECAUSE YOU CANNOT DO YOUR JOB!!!! you need to investigate and check what is wrong on my account (maybe the reference YOU gave me is incorrect!! FIX IT TODAY!!!)
