I opened RCS account at Builders warehouse in October 2020. My 1st installment was due on 30 November 2020, which I did EFT with my bank. I received an email that stated that I did not pay. I immediately sent proof of payment. On 24 December 2020, I received their response, addressing me as 'Mr. Mpahlele', acknowledging receipt of my email, with different content. I have never heard of such incompetency of support staff! My concern is that they keep on sending reminders of payments with interests. Today I will be paying my normal instalment with another option (with easy pay), as they seem not fami**** with EFT (which is convenient in these Covid 19 circumstances)
