IMPRESSIVE INCOMPETENCE
I made a reference omission from my payment on 27Nov. on 6Dec I asked the bank to send the payment details. I phoned to confirm that payments@rcsgroup received. they confirmed. I've been following up everyday since then. nothing has happened. my account has been blocked.
