IMPOSSIBLE to pay accout!!!

WHERE CAN I PAY MY COTTON ON RCS ACCOUNT!?!?

I've been to Markhams, Spites, Old Khaki, Game, Fochini, American swiss. None of these places you say we meant to pay at accepts payments. I phoned RCS customer care line and she tells me to go pay at Cotton on.. I'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO PAY THERE.. I ask her are you sure? Since when can we pay there?, cause since I opened this account I could never pay at their own store! I go back to Cotton on to be told ' you can not pay here'..

I suggest you phone all these stores in Mall of the South and educate them on how RCS works if you guys even know.
