<p>On 26/04/2017 I received a sms stating that my debit order that usually goes off on the 28th would be going off on the 26th. I telephoned rcs, spoke to Latanya and told her that if the debit order goes off and causes my account to go into overdraft, which it did, I would be laying a complaint. The debit order still went off and my account went into overdraft thereby ruining my credit rating.</p>
