Idiots supposed to allocate funds

Account payments into any of the stores affiliated with RCS are a total *****. It takes RCS UP TO 7 DAYS TO ALLOCATE MONEY THAT WAS TRANSFERRED INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT AND THEREFOR THEY ARE EARNING INTEREST ON MY MONEY WHILST REFUSING TO ALLOCATE PAYMENTS. This also results in me having to pay interest on so-called late payments-them earning twice as much interest on the very same amount. And even when they are sent proof of payment it takes them 48 hours to allocate payment. An absolute disgrace!~! Are the account staff incapable or stupid?
