Identity theft and unwilling to assist investigation

A coricraft credit card application was created through RCS **********ly using my ID number and name. RCS are unwilling to provide me any information in order to create a police case. I luckily caught this when my bank sent me an sms saying my statements were sent to RCS, which I did not authorize.

RCS have canceled the application but will not provide a single document or piece of information to me in order to create a police case. Rather their ***** department is telling me I need a subpoena for the information from SAPS, before sending me any information.

Shocking practice both for allowing a ********* to create an account with clearly lacking security protocols and secondly for hindering the path of justice to the rightful owner, without even attempting to verify my identity...
