I have opened an RCS Game account In November 2014 in order for me to start my credit record as one needs to create Debt in order to have debt. <br> <br> I have then bought a few things and did my monthly payments. I also kept all my slips in case something like this would happen as we live is South Africa where the crime and ***** rate is higher than anything else. <br> <br> Now according to RCS I don't have an account with Game. I all of a sudden don't exist on your System. <br> <br> My account was handed over to a lawyer firm as i was all of a sudden blacklisted. I now did not pay my account. <br> <br> I have proof of all of the past years payments but I'm handed over to the lawyer firm for not paying my account. <br> <br> When I went to game to sort this out and to pay my last month instalment they said that my account belongs to some other person who did not pay his account. <br> <br> They then took this issue to head office and headoffice said that they cleared and corrected the issue. Today i went again to pay my last instalment, still unable to do so due to the fact that my account does not exist. <br> <br> I also fpund put today that I dont have a Game account but only a Cape Union Mart account. <br> <br> Get this sorted ASAP!!!
