I was harrased and belittle by 3 Ladies in a space of 20minutes both on my cellphone and work telephone

I was harrased and belittle by 3 Ladies in a space of 20minutes both on my cellphone and work telephone.I happened to miss payment in August and notified them of this short coming.I received a letter in September to notify me that I must pay an amount of R2400 by end of September.I paid R1200 on the 17/09/2021 and R1250 on the 02/10/2021 and my credit was then opened allowing to buy using my credit. These ladies today tell me that I was behind with my payments but never listened to my explanation but got aggressive and dropped the calls twice and how to return the favor when the called me twice but did that not without letting them know that I'm gonna hang up. I don't know why they called me without having their facts right.
