I want to close my RCS card
I have called RCS customer services to ask them to close my RCS card and i was advised that i need to send an email to [Email Removed] which i did on the 5th of June 2015 but no one has responded, then I send an email to [Email Removed] on the 17th Jun 2015 because they sent me the account statement still the was no response. <br> <br> I need them to close my account immidiately which they are not......looking at their website they dont even have a process of how to close accounts.
