I want my credit!!!! 1 month and nothing!!!!

I asked for my account to be closed. Had to phone 4 times, send the paperwork 4 times and yes my account is finally closed after alot of fighting, but my credit has not been paid back to me and it's been a month, not sure why they say 14 days to refund????? They are quick to take your money but when it comes to giving back my money- they don't.

I wonder when I will one-day receive my outstanding credit.....
