I opened an RCS account

I opened an RCS account. I really thought it was a blessing, since I was desperate to buy material to fix my roof that has the worst leaks and was rusted. The RCS - Builders card helper, a lot. Then the curse started after buying material. I made monthly payments, BUT, after making payments, I would be called daily by more than 3 people from RCS telling me my account isnt paid, in spite of making payments and sending proofs of payments. The personnel who call are rude, dont listen when you say you have paid. Then, they give you different email addresses to send proofs of payments. These are NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED instead, the rude uncouth personnel call, I get sms's threatening to blacklist me, to add interest etc. This has caused me lots of unnecessary stress and misery. I REGRET having opened the RCS account.
