I know What You're Trying To Hide

<p>I'm being harassed by MBD because someone messed up at RCS. I have asked for a complete ledger of accounts for my RCS account 3 times via email, from April 2016 up untill June 2017 reflecting all calculations made with each payment I made. I pay each mont no less than R500 and I am supposed to be very close to settling the account, but when I phoned RCS early last month, I was told that I need to pay almost R9000 to settle the account. That means that I have been paying every month but there is almost no change to the account ballance and in more than a year the totall amount has only gone down with R1330. The first time I got a response and was sent billing statements instead. I have spoken to a financial manager and he told me that usually happens when the accountants realise that there is a fault on their side and then try to hide it. I then asked again for the full ledger of accounts twice after that and the only reponse I got was an automated email saying that RCS will get back to me in 48 hours, but they never did. I am being harassed by MBD on a daily basis saying that I am in areas and owe R1630, and even though I'm paying about R500 a month, I'm not getting out of areas, in fact the areas is just getting more and more.</p> <p>Stop trying to cover your tracks and send me the full ledger of accounts from Aprill 2016 to June 2017!</p>
