I had requested for my RCS account to b closed on 18 November 2017 up till today the 19th December 2017 still open

I have on numerous times requested for the account to b deactivated... account is still open I was told to wait another 36 days before account can be deactivated I settled account on 18 November 2017 and still today 19 December 2017 account is active. RCS suck ther service suck and they have bad etiquette with assisting ther customers
