I had an account with Builders who I believe is part of RCS

I had an account with Builders who I believe is part of RCS. In December of 2021 I went inside Builders at Cape Gate and paid a settlement amount of just over R27000. I further received communication from Builders confirming the settlement and balance owed, which they confirmed as R0. Today I am blacklisted by RCS stating that I owe them money and that I never settled their account. I am In possession of proof of payments, bank statements as well as written confirmation from Builders. I have exhausted every avenue , I am blatantly ****** and ignored by RCS. Please help me publish my story as I am unable to get credit as a result of this debacle. I have endless emails , visits to attorneys that have been assigned by RCS to harrass me! Please help
