I did not get to choose the credit amount when I app**** online

I did not get to choose the credit amount when I app**** online. The system seemed to have chosen for me. Once the amount has been changed to what I prefer then I will be satisfied. Untill then, it was a smooth experience very quick and easy as expected. Let's hope the customer service lives up to that standard as well. Thank you.
