I demand compensation

I have made a million calls, wrote a thousand emails, spent countless hours and immeasurable amounts of energy chasing after RCS to rectify the incorrect ITC listing, all to no avail. Had the tables been turned I would have to pay astronomical collection fees. So I demand compensation for all the pain you've caused me through your utter incompetence. Give me an e-mail where I can send the invoice AND the hospital bill. I am beyond exhausted, I just cant do this anymore.
