I paid off my account in February 2020, requested my paid off letter which was sent promptly in February. My problem is the account is still reflecting as active and I paid off R5868 by mistake on the 24 March 2020 so now they must reimburse me of which I send proof of payment and copy of my ID and bank statement as they requested, now they keep on saying my documents were not received.
