I am disgusted with their incompetence!
RCS Group - Pick n Pay Store Account has used my ID number **********ly and handed my ID number to ITC with another customer account number.
How can you make that big mistake???????????????????
My life is on hold now because RCS needs to provide a letter to me stating their error but they refuse to take ownership for their mistake and never apologize yet.
I am disgusted with their incompetence.
