I am currently retrenched i lodged a credit life claim with RCS department i sent through all the forms and documents they wanted on the 9th of Feb on the 12th they acknowledged receipt of the documents and told me an assessor will assess the claim and get back to me if they need more information…Still no feedback instead am getting messages that my account is behind and they don’t respond to emails sent to them
