HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A SETTLEMENT FIGURE!!

Your service is disgusting. My husband has been trying to get a settlement figure from RCS since last week, how long can it possibly take to get 1 single figure so that we can settle our loan with you people and never have to deal with you again. we are constantly getting pushed from pillar to post and no real answers.<br> <br> We are currently going through debt review and trying to get out of this misery, yet RCS does not make it an easier. When you don't pay its an issue and now that we want to settle the account, its also an issue. <br> <br> You people are delaying this process unnecessarily and interest is accumulating on the account which we are accountable for!!!!!<br> <br> Please wake up!!!!!!
