horrific service
I settled my loan last month, called RCS for my paid-up letter on the 15th of Feb 2021. On the 20th a debit order amounting to R 68.00 on my bank account went through, I called again to ask for my paid up letter and refund on the 21st, was told that someone will call me back. Till today I’m still waiting. Can I have my money back please.
