HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM RCS

HORRIBLE SERVICE - I closed my RCS & GAME account last year, last week they handed me over to EASTERN Berry collections, I've been phoning since the 15 oct spoke to a few people. every time they say they going to get someone to phone me back. Till today no one phoned me. Spoke to Mandla, Tifinie, Sanon. The team leader Stephanie Davids suppose to phone me. And she did not.
