Horrible service

Morning I would just like to say that I am very unhappy with the customer service. I was sent a statement 17 December for the monthly service fee as I have not used the account in a while. They have put an inquiry in with the credit bureau that I have missed a month payment while the statement balance had an amount of 0 rands owing. My credit score went down due to this. I want to cancel my JET RCS cars immediately, they just report you without calling or saying anything, when I called customer service I spoke to someone who just dropped the line, very unprofessional and I will never get a jet store card ever again. When I inform them to fix this, they say they can't do anything, this is horrible and unacceptable service. I need to cancel my card
