Horrible service
Called you way in advance to change my bank details you even did the mandate but didnt take the money. Your terrible customer service assured me that it will be taken. Its getting close to you guys closing your books and if you dare show up as a missed payment on my credit score i will sue you and lay a complaint. Call me urgently
