HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am so disgusted about the service that I received from RCS collections department. I received a call that my account is overdue and as much as I tell this woman, that I have not defaulted, she still insists that I did. I say to her I will send u all the proof of payment, and still she talks over me and finally decides to hang up on me. What kind of customer service are u providing to your clients?? That girl must call me again and sort this out. She is rude and doesn't have any customer service s****s.
