Horrible service

Worst customer service ever *********** untrained staff with no customer service s****s.. Just spoke to a agent by the name of Tania who raised her voice at me kept me on hold for long period of time without any update and refused to understand my query then dropped the line. The worst part is it took me 3hrs on the phone R350 airtime for my query still not to be resolved
