Horrible Manager & Customer Service

I’m not happy at all with Game Jabulani Mall, all they care about is knocking off early and are very rude to their customers even the manger himself a guy called Paul Malume today 01/12/23 really had me start my year on a bad note. It was raining and I rushed to the store at 13:05 to ask what time they closing and the two security ladies standing at the door said they closing at 14;00. I went back to the car to fetch my child and Mom and as we went back to the store at 13:10 we found the store closed and the guy by the name of Paul standing at the door saying the store is closed! Very rude and there were so many customers waiting to renter the store and some even called before they came. He didn’t even care and he was very very disrespectful! One of the reasons we don’t wanna shop in Gane soweto because of the disrespectful stuff you have there !
