Horrible customer service

The Jet Parow Centre staff is absolutely clueless and refuses to help. I've tried to return/exchange goods not once but three times with no success. If it's not the slip with bar code it's the slip and card even it's a gift like wth how must I have someone else's card. Then it's I used edgars so they can't find the purchase so sorry they can't help(Don't make your problem myne, do your job!) How ridiculous. Customer service is pathetic. THE CLOTHING IS SO CHEAP, CHECK GOODS BEFORE PUTTING ON RACK, I'm now struggling to exchange a broken kids pj pants because of this staff. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!
