Horrible Customer Service 😪

I have an account with Makro.but let me tell you this was one of the worst decisions I ever took I'm my life..there service is horrible I've been making payments to this account every single month on time and for that matter even paided more then was was expected of me...yet my payments are not allocated to my account I receive calls everyday from there collections department arresting me...after sending proof of payment more the once to different emails...there staff don't know what there talking around there systems are useless..my credit score has been affected by this horrible company 💔 I reflect as a bad payer on ITC because of this horrible company...people please don't do business with this company I'm crying 😢 daily for how I'm being treated and this is something I will definitely be taking up with the law I'm done with Rcs ****ty company
