Hope towards nothing.
Only way to deal with these members is with the ombudsman because its been two and a half weeks for them to close my account and receive my overpaid amount.

I am very disappointed in the service delivery of the refund department, it has been over a month and my money still not paid back into my account, i did three enquiries over the past two days and was told your department will contact me, You will contact me when? And when will I receive my money?
It is easy for you to threaten me when I owe you money but when you are owing me I have no control or rights over my money, is this fair as a consumer?
