Homeless...thanks RCS

I was informed on October, 7th by FNB Home Loans that I have an ITC listing against my name for non-payment for the last six months on a loan that I don't even have. The last loan I had with RCS was taken in November 2018 while I was waiting for an investment to pay out. This loan was paid in full in February 2019. I have sold my current property knowing that my finances are all in order. Now I'm unable to get a mortgage bond due to the ITC listing and this is through no fault of mine. I am 49 years old and have never missed a payment or even had an ITC listing against my name.

RCS has provided me with a statement indicating that I owe them nothing, but will not provide me with a letter stating that the account was settled in February 2019.

I am going to your offices and will sit there until this is sorted.
